Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, if absolutely necessary. For commercial and industrial spaces, we evaluate how the work affects daily operations and find the solution that causes the least disruption.
How does this work with my insurer?
For reconstruction after damage, we document the existing condition, the scope and the progress of the work. You get the file you need for your claim.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A partition to move, a unit to refresh: the process is the same, just shorter. Write to us with what you need.
Who coordinates the trades?
We do. One contract and one project manager covering plumbing, electrical, ventilation and finishing. You are not managing five suppliers.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Quatria Construction inc. holds RBQ licence 5864-3800-01 and is in good standing with CNESST and CCQ.
Why is this work so expensive? I could renovate my home for this amount.
CCQ regulation. This means you are sure to get qualified personnel, however it comes with higher hourly rates. Insurance premiums are higher due the increased risk of working in spaces occupied for business operations.
