Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to hire my own architect?
Not necessarily. We do design and build under one roof. If your project needs plans stamped by an architect or engineer, we coordinate that with our partners and it stays inside the same contract.
Which areas do you serve?
Montréal, Laval, the North Shore and surrounding areas. We're based in Mascouche. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope and permits. A bathroom is a few weeks; an extension is several months. We give you a realistic schedule with the estimate, not an optimistic date we are going to miss.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Municipal permit applications are part of the mandate. That is exactly the kind of headache we take on.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Quatria Construction inc. holds RBQ licence 5864-3800-01 and is in good standing with CNESST and CCQ.
